How it works

Most weight-loss apps hand you a number and a guilt trip. This one starts with your body. You learn how energy balance, protein, and metabolism really work, so the changes you make are ones you understand instead of ones you follow on faith.

From there it’s habits, built one at a time so they hold. You practice the few that matter, log your food in seconds, and check in with the Club when you want people on the same path. No overhaul of your whole life in a single week.

Women 30 and up who are done with crash diets and want the version that lasts. If you’d rather understand your body than follow another meal plan you don’t believe in, this is built for you.
